The easiest legal way, off top of my head, is through the "Arcade Archives Neo Geo" label that Hamster Corporation published on PS4, Switch, XBox One and Steam. You can find releases independent of Hamster - there are DotEmu ports of several games like KOF, Windjammers and Metal Slug on modern machines and Steam as well, and the Samurai Shodown Collection has several games included. If you're a purist you can spend a king's ransom collecting the cartridges for the Neo Geo AES, the home version of the company's arcade titles. There are actually a handful of machines released after the AES' lifespan that come with several games included like the Neo Geo Mini, the Arcade Stick Pro and the discontinued/disowned Neo Geo X Gold. The Apple app store and Google Play stores have several titles if you want to play them with touchscreen controls or a joypad attachment. And as alluded to by a particularly shady character in the movie, you can forego the legal method entirely. There's a lot of avenues open to you.
